Please note that you don't have to decide on a type of massage prior to seeing me. I do whatever the clients needs when I feel their body and know a bit more about their condition. Nearly everyone who comes for a treatment finds out there are numerous other areas of tension they knew nothing about! If deep tissue massage is required then I will do it, as long as my client is happy with that. I use a number of different techniques, so the treatments will be tailored to suit each individual.
I can also give you stretching techniques at the end of your treatment to work on different areas of concern, so you can work on yourself after or in between treatments. This way the number of treatments required to correct a problem can be reduced saving your money.
